Nestl? is one of the world’s leading food and beverage companies, driven by a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join the Engineering team at our Blayney manufacturing site.

About the Role

As a Maintenance Fitter, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliable operation of plant and equipment to support safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform planned, preventative, and breakdown maintenance on manufacturing equipment
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical faults to minimise downtime
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
  • Ensure all work complies with Nestl? safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams
  • Pass pre-employment medical
  • Police check required


About You

  • Must be a trade qualified Mechanical Fitter
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and respond to breakdowns
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
  • Team-focused with good communication skills
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Prometheus, or similar CMMS application & TPM would be an advantage
